If my wife and I could leave a 10 star review we would. Wow. Where to even begin? So a year ago we went to our first petland store in Tulsa. Let’s just say after that experience I swore to myself and my wife that she would never catch me in another Petland. Ever. So after lots and lots of convincing, I find myself at another petland with my wife. Expectations were low, but happy wife happy life right? So here we are at the OKC Petland and a gentleman by the name of Ali walks up to us to introduce himself and little did I know he would change my entire perspective of the company. Ali turned this entire experience into one we will cherish forever. This store fills itself with employees that truly care for the animals. No, this isn’t “them making a sell” or “doing their job”. When you are visiting with the different puppies you will notice how excited they get to see the workers. Not just the ones on the floor working but the ones that are passing by from the back as well. I am a very observant person so I pay attention to the small things… Ali went above and beyond to assist us. He was so patient and so kind. He made us feel like family. That type of customer service you don't get anymore. I travel all over for work, and Ali is one of the most caring genuine individuals I’ve had the pleasure of meeting in a very very long time. The longer you are there, the longer you want to stay. Thank you for this experience. Y’all now have new customers for life, or I guess I could just say the OKC Petland family just got bigger🫶 Thank you so much Ali, for not just “doing your job” but truly caring and being passionate about what you do. Rather customers are there to buy a puppy or simply in for a visit, this is the Petland to go to.
